CMX Co was founded with a simple belief: Australian and New Zealand businesses should have access to skilled, English-speaking talent without the complexity and cost of traditional hiring. Having seen firsthand the challenges businesses face when trying to scale - particularly in administration, finance, technical support, and executive assistance - we built CMX to be the partner we wished existed.
We established our operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - a city with a thriving talent pool, strong English proficiency, and a timezone that aligns with Australian and New Zealand business hours. Today, we help businesses with 10 to 200 staff build dedicated offshore teams that feel like a natural extension of their local workforce.

CMX Co was founded by Caleb Bright, Mungo Bright, and Xavier Miller - professionals who saw firsthand how difficult and expensive it was for Australian businesses to scale their teams locally. Caleb and Mungo bring deep expertise in IT, technology, and security, while Xavier is an experienced HR and recruitment professional. Together, they built CMX Co to give growing businesses access to dedicated, vetted offshore talent in Malaysia without the complexity of doing it alone.
Headquartered in Windsor, Queensland, the founding team works directly with every client to understand their business, define roles, and ensure the right people are placed. Their hands-on approach is what sets CMX Co apart from larger, more transactional offshore staffing providers.
